Export New Zealand wants to do the best we can in providing services so we surveyed our members (September 2007) and found they think we’re doing a good job.
Most respondents indicated that being a member of Export New Zealand was beneficial for their business.
But there is always room for improvement. Members offered constructive suggestions for improving existing services and most were positive.

The data indicates Export New Zealand does a good job reaching its members and communicating the services it has available. However, members indicated that in the areas of advocacy and lobbying as well as training and education, it would be beneficial if Export New Zealand could refine its services to be more industry-specific or by choosing speakers with more specialist information or focusing on countries of interest.

Data indicated more work could be done in the area of advocacy and lobbying. Respondents were happiest with the networking services, but some improvements, such as facilitating introductions, would be appreciated.
