Sir Kenneth Stevens KNZM, Chairman
Sir Kenneth is the founder, owner and Executive Chair of Glidepath which produces computerised airport baggage handling and
security, cargo handling and parcel sorting systems. Glidepath has manufacturing facilities in the US and subsidiary companies in
Canada, Latin America and Australia, along with manufacturing operations in its Auckland head office.

Phil O'Reilly, Chief Executive
Phil O'Reilly is Chief Executive of Business NZ, New Zealand's largest business advocacy organisation.
Phil has a background in business, advocacy and communications in enterprises in New Zealand and Australia.
During the 1980s he was Industrial Advocate, Auckland Employers Association Inc. In 1990 he became Executive Director of the
Newspaper Publishers Association of NZ. During this period he also served as Chairman of the NZ Advertising Standards Authority. In
2000 he was appointed Head of Employment Policy and Communication at Westpac Bank in Sydney before returning to New Zealand to his
role at Business NZ.

Craig Ellison, Board Member
As well as sitting on the Export NZ board, Craig also sits on the Board of NZTE, Airways Corp, NIWA, Absolute Foods, Seafoods
Standards Council, is director of Foodstuffs Fresh (Auckland) Limited, and Chair of the Business Capability Partnership.

Rob Jeffrey, Board Member
Rob is Chairman of Kiwifruit Processing Co, Director of a number of family company investments, and Managing Director of Jeffco
International Ltd, which has been in livestock and agri business exports since 1960. Rob has held a number of Directorships in both
the Dairy and Pork Industries and was acting Chair of Export New Zealand prior to its alliance with Business NZ. He was awarded the
ONZM for his contribution to Agriculture and Export in 2004.

Sarah Gibbs, Board Member
Sarah Gibbs worked in corporate finance in Hong Kong, South Africa and London before returning to New Zealand to run her own company
manufacturing ingredients for the natural cosmetics and supplements industries in 1998. Sarah established natural skincare brand
Trilogy with her sister Catherine de Groot in 2002.
In just eight years Sarah and Catherine have built their business from a boutique local operation into a recognised and admired
international brand. Today Trilogy's product range of 40 face, body and hair care products is sold in over 3,500 stores in 16
international markets including the United Kingdom and Ireland, Australasia and Asia.
In 2006 Trilogy was the third fastest growing New Zealand business on the Deloitte/Unlimited fast 50 index with a staggering 690%
growth and it has appeared on this index for three consecutive years. Trilogy was named Emerging Exporter of the Year at the 2005 ANZ
Wellington Exporter of the Year Awards and in 2010 Trilogy won the Supreme Wellington Gold Award.

Tony Nowell, Board Member
Tony is the NZ Representative on the APEC Business Advisory Council, Board Member of the Asia NZ Foundation, and Chair of the NZ
Packaging Accord Governing Council.

Robert (Bob) Walters, Board Member
Bob Walters is a former CEO of Export NZ. He is a very experienced exporter with over thirty years business
involvement though having been International General Manager of Building Products for Alex Harvey Industries (Now part of Carter
Holt Harvey and Fletcher Building), GM of Feltex Carpets, Corporate Brands Manager and later Regional Development Manager, European
Region for the NZ Dairy Board.
